How to calculate the right amount of paint

Measure wall length × height for each wall, subtract large openings (doors/windows), then divide by the product’s coverage rate (m² per litre). Multiply by number of coats (usually 2).

Add 10–15% for porous surfaces, dark colour changes, and wastage. Ceilings are calculated the same way using floor area as a starting point.
